When several companies, each with their own domain and Exchange Server, want to use the same application for booking of meeting rooms and catering services, the proNestor Booking Online Service solves the problem.

The proNestor Booking Online Service is able to handle both common meeting resources shared among all companies, and company-specific meeting resources, such as company A’s own meeting rooms which only can be ordered by company A’s own employees.


All relevant parties in the ordering process have access via a web browser and MS Outlook
All parties involved in the ordering process, such as meeting organizers, the reception desk, the kitchen and the internal services department, get direct and easy access to proNestor Booking through a range of modules, which all can be opened through a web browser.

Besides using a web browser the meeting organizers can also access the proNestor Booking system via their Microsoft Outlook calendar. In a simple and intuitive way proNestor Booking ensures linking the ordered meeting resources with the Outlook calendar appointments. Meeting organizers order the needed and available meeting resources directly from their respective calendar appointments.


proNestor Booking is available online and is offering a booking service in the "cloud"
proNestor Booking ensures that all of this can be done, by being available on the Internet as an online service to the relevant companies. proNestor Booking can be used by anyone with an Internet connection and requires no installation on the company’s own servers.


No installation on MS Exchange servers or any changes in MS Outlook
It is important to notice that the proNestor Booking system does not require any software installation or access to the Microsoft Exchange Servers.

The relevant meeting organizers who want to use proNestor Booking via their Outlook calendar, must install proNestor's Outlook add-in on their PC. This Outlook add-in is secure to use, and only order relevant Outlook information from the relevant appointments is saved in the proNestor Booking system.

proNestor's Outlook add-in does not change anything on the meeting organizers Outlook program, such as replacing templates (forms) and the like.


It is secure to use proNestor Booking's online service
All communication between proNestor's Outlook add-in and the online service is done using web service calls. All data on the proNestor Booking server is secured in separated databases in order to avoid mix of data between different booking solutions/customers.
